Formulation of Development Plans

Prepare and update the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) to guide the long-term development of the municipality.

Investment Planning and Programming

Prepare the Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) and Annual Investment Program (AIP) in coordination with other departments and stakeholders.

Land Use and Zoning Administration

Issue Locational Clearances and Zoning Certifications to ensure developments comply with zoning ordinances.

Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping

Provide GIS-based data and maps to support planning, zoning, research, and decision making.
